
Perfection every time. That’s a big claim, but so true…and so simple.
Just set up a 2 quart (or so) pot that has a lid with a steaming basket and a bit of water. Set your digital timer to 61/2 minutes. That’s all you need…unless you want to add in a slice of toasted multigrain bread to sop up the golden yoke goodness.
The eggs should be cold out of the fridge, not at room temp.
When the water is at a good boil, place the eggs in the steaming basket and cover the pot. After 61/2 minutes, turn off the heat and fill the pot with running cold water for 30 seconds. Peel each egg carefully and add a grind of good pepper.
Easy.
