Food connects us in so many ways. It’s a common thread through life that ties us to our cultural roots…an emotional, social, multisensory experience that allows us to express our creativity and love for friends and family. After all, there are really only two things we need to survive. Food for our bodies and love for our hearts. Here are some of the plates of food I’ve loved. Some I’ve experienced at the hands of amazing chefs while dining out while others I’ve crafted myself.
Recipes, whether followed step by step or used for inspiration, will be linked where appropriate to give credit where credit is due.
