Salmon brûlée

What genius thought of doing a brûlée with salmon tartare. This was an amazing surprise of a starter during our pre-theater meal at Pulperia. So happy to find a truly inspired Latin restaurant on 46th street near 9th Ave. Verlasso salmon tartare,  fromage brûlée, strawberry and lychee sauce and bull blood micro greens.

This is my new go to place in the theater district.
