Smoked Tandoori Turkey

Cranked up the Big Green Egg on Labor Day and prepared an awesome version of smoked tandoori turkey breast. Marinade is mayo base with garlic, cilantro, cumin, coriander, allspice, lime zest and juice, cayenne and black pepper.

Served it with a middle eastern side dish of basmati rice with lentils, fried onions and a yogurt sauce. Definitely a candidate for this years holiday menu.
