Quick bite out tonight before the Williams sisters quarter final US Open match on TV.  This is my go to dish at Mecha Noodle Bar in Fairfield CT. (Mechanoodlebar.com).

So many good things on the menu, but I seem to always order the same thing. Starter was my favorite chili oil dumplings. The oil and spices do double duty when you drizzle it over the ramen to amp up the heat.

Ramen has a spicy miso broth and I order it with a double serving of pork and egg. If u can save some broth, get a second helping of noodles (Kae Dama) and take leftovers home. Blackboard above the bar says the Kae Dama competition winner finished 11 servings in 18 minutes. Crazy!
